Production Equipment
Baron uses Hengchang and Hanwei diaper production equipments, which are the top brands in China.
(1) $200-250 million per product line, with good stability and ability to produce variety of products.
(2) Weight: 100T. Conventional equipment such as Haina and Shunchang weighs 60 T.
As the weight increases, the equipment is less prone to wobble, resulting in a more stable produc quality.
Equipment Maintenance
In order to ensure the proper operation, our tech workers will check and maintain the equipment regularly.
1. Check and clean all parts of the equipment every day,
check the operating status of relevant parts to ensure that the equipment is in a state of neatness, cleanliness, lubrication and safety.
2. Perform comprehensive maintenance, disassembly and inspection of parts components as planned,
clean specific parts, clear the oil circuit, replace the main parts such as the motor, adjust and tighten key parts of the equipment.
3.To avoid affecting the production plan, the maintenance of the equipment will be coordinated with the production department in advance.
