Baby diapers that leaves infants feeling comfortable for a longer period of time ends up polluting the environment. To tackle the issue of pollution produced by these non-degradable materials adding in the diaper manufacturing process, Baron Company developed a biodegradable glue, Full-Care Evolution 5218, with H.B. Fuller Company.
Full-Care is a bio-based structural adhesive with good bonding properties. It is environmentally friendly and degradable, and can be used to replace the non-degradable glue in sanitary products, such as diapers, sanitary pads, diaper pants, etc..
1. Certified by BETA Analytic, 79% of ingredients come from natural bio-based raw materials.
2. Good adhesion. Full-care make the diaper structure adhere firmly, and the quality of the finished product is better.
3. Better stability. Good aging resistance and higher thermal stability, which reduce carbide and nozzle clogging, and improve production efficiency.
