How Will a Reliable Diaper Manufacturer Solve Customer Complaints?

When there is a market complaint, don't worry.

According to our process, we will carefully analyze it and find out the cause of the problem.

Please be assured that we will always be there with you until the problem is solved!

This is how we handle customer complaints:

Step 1: Get complaint product. This is to better check product issues and provide feedback to our customers.

Step 2: QC analysis. In this step, we will check whether the product has a performance problem or a process problem, and provide 2 different solutions according to the problem.

Ⅰ. Performance problem. If there are performance problems, such as absorbency problems,  leakage problems, etc., we will send the product to our lab and test if it is a product quality problem.

Ⅱ. Process problem. If there is a process problem, we will notify the workshop ASAP. If it’s an operational problem, preventive corrective measures will be proposed. If the problem comes from the diaper machine, we will make suggestions for rectification and the Engineering Maintenance Department will confirm the feasibility of the machine rectification proposal.

Step 3: After the QC(Quality Control Department) verifies the complaint solution, Baron R&D(Research & Development Department) will receive feedback and forward it to our sales team and our customers eventually.
